Just as a businessman carries a briefcase with important papers tucked inside, an individual mourning the loss of a loved one needs a special case--a griefcase--the place to store important information. The safe place to stash cares and woes.

I wrote a book and founded a website for individuals going through the grief process. I work at turning an upside smile right side up again through writing and writing practice. My favorite things: writing, reading, drawing, painting, decorating, hiking, great outdoors, and oh yeah, blogging and promoting writing practice. Come journal with me. Your book is yet to be.
