Mourning Joy - Barbara Botha

"Botha died at home, peacefully." --Captain Frankie Lucas

"Adapt or die." --P. W. Botha

Good Mourning Widows!

Joy to you and me.

Today we welcome famous widow Barbara Botha wife of famous apartheid era President P. W. Botha to our famous club.

That's right. The club nobody wants to joy-n.

Regarding the passing of her husband, Barbara Botha said, "He wasn't a man who looked for honour and glory."

Shunning a State funeral, Mrs. Botha opted for a quiet private one near their home instead.

After we remember Him, finger hug your pen. Open that JOY-nal.

Write something.

Go ahead.

I dare you.

More Mourning Joy:

Q: When do you know an elephant is peeking over your shoulder?

A: You can smell peanuts on his breath.

"If you love life don't waste time, for time is what life is made up of." --Bruce Lee

Have a JOY-ful day Widows. And remember, we're not alone.
