Today we welcome famous political activist and actor Ruby Dee wife of famous political activist and actor Ossie Davis to our famous club.
Ruby and Ossie married in 1948. They had 3 children.
Together they penned their autobiography. In it they discussed their open marriage. Hence, the quote above.
Ossie died in February 2005. He was 87 years old.
Ruby Dee makes her home in New Rochelle, New York.
Recently Ruby was named to the Westchester County Women's Hall of Fame.
