Adelaide Gail Sloatman (Mrs. Frank Zappa)

"You can't write a chord ugly enough to say what you want sometimes, so you have to rey on a giraffe filled with whipped cream." --Frank Zappa
Good Mourning, Widows. Joy to you and me!
Welcome famous widow Adelaide Gail Sloatman Zappa, wife of famous American composer, musician and film director, Frank Zappa, into the club nobody wants to joy-n.
Frank Zappa died in 1993, at age 52, from prostate cancer.
Gail and Frank had 4 children together: Moon Unit, Dweezie, Ahmet Emuukha Rodan and Diva Thin Muffin Pigeen.
Today, Gail Zappa can be found handling the Zappa Family Trust.
Mourning Joy:
Q: What's copper nitrate?
A: A police officer's overtime
Mourning Quote:
Believe in yourself --Beth Mende Conny
After we remember Him, fingerhug your pen. Open what I lovingly refer to as a joy-nal. Set a clock timer for ten minutes. Let the words Believe in yourself... fingerloop your brain.
Write something. Go ahead. I dare you.
If you take as little as ten minutes each day, dear widow, using the quote as a guide to write a treasured memory, imagine what words your joy-nal will hold, and maybe all about Him.
Have a joy-filled day, Widows. And remember, we're not alone.
