Marine Sgt. Matthew J. Fenton

"...The history of the world is but the biography of great men."--Thomas Carlyle
Good Mourning, Everyone. Joy to you and me.
Today, we honor loving memory of famous Marine Sgt. Matthew J. Fenton and welcome into the club nobody wants to joy-n every member of Marine Sgt. Matthew J. Fenton's famous Gold Star family.
Marine Sgt. Matthew J. Fenton died for me and you.
On April 26, 2006, Marine Sgt. Matthew J. Fenton suffered a devastating brain injury, the result of a suicide car bomber in Iraq.
Marine Sgt. Matthew J. Fenton's father, John Fenton, writes it best in a commentary in The Journal News, dated August 26, 2007: "This is the war in Iraq, young and brave patriots dying for something less than a noble cause. No one is questioning his service or the service of any other soldier."
Griefcase extends deepest, sincerest condolences to every member of the Fenton family. Sincere gratitude. May you have mourning joy all the days of your lives.
After we remember Him, fingerhug your pen. Open what I lovingly refer to as a joy-nal, set a clock timer for ten minutes, and write something. Go ahead. I dare you.
Have an abundantly, joy-filled day, everyone. And remember, we're not alone.
