Merv Griffin Dead at 82

"This is heartbreaking, not just for those of us who loved Merv personally, but for everyone around the world who has known Merv through his music, his television shows and his business." --Nancy Regan

Welcome Everyone! Joy to you and me.

Famous Producer, Merv Griffin is dead.

Merv Griffin died Sunday, August 12, 2007.

His son, Tony Griffin, said in a statement, "My father was a visionary. He loved business and continued his many projects and holdings even while hospitalized."

Merv Griffin was divorced. Besides his son, Tony, Merv is survived by his daughter-in-law, Tricia and two grandchildren.

Did you know Merv Griffin was the voice of Prince Charming in Cinderella?

Griefcase extends to the entire Griffin family sincerest condolences and wishes of mourning joy for all the days of their lives.

Mourning Joy:

Something I remember:

When Coca-Cola first shipped to China, they named the product something that when pronounced sounded like "Coca-Cola." The only problem was that the characters used meant "Bite The Wax Tadpole." They later changed to a set of characters that mean "Happiness In The Mouth."

After we remember Him, fingerhug your pen. Open what I lovingly refer to as a joy-nal. Set a clock timer for ten minutes and write something.

Go ahead.

I dare you.

Have an abundantly joy-filled day, Everyone. And remember, we're not alone.
