Army Spc. Joshua M. Boyd

"He affected a lot of people in a very profound way. Those of us who were close to him and knew him, we'll never be the same. And in a good way." -- Kelly Mavis, best friend

Good Mourning, Everyone! Joy to you and me.
Today we welcome into the club nobody wants to join, famous parents, Robin and Tonya Boyd, famous mom and dad of famous Army Spc. Joshua M. Boyd.
Army Spc. Joshua M. Boyd died for me and you on March 14 at Brooke Army Medical Center of wounds sustained when his vehicle struck an explosive in Samarra on March 5. Boyd was 30 years old, and hailed from Abilene, Texas.
"He rejoined the Army after 9/11 because he wanted to go and help those who could not help themselves," said a family representative in a statement.
Sincerest condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Boyd from a grateful Nation. Griefcase sends mourning joy wishes all the days of your lives.
Mourning Joy:
Something I learned as a child: When big sister hits you, don't hit back. The second "hitter" always gets caught.
After we remember Him, fingerhug your pen. Open what I lovingly refer to as a joy-nal, set a clock timer for ten minutes, and write something.
Go ahead.
I dare you.
Have an abundantly, joy-filled day, Everyone. And remember, we're not alone.
