Benazir Bhutto is Dead

"The surgeons confirmed that she has been martyred." --Benazir Bhutto's lawyer

Good Mourning, Everyone!

Joy to you and me.

Today we welcome into the club nobody wants to join, the World!

Pakistan's former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto is dead.

Benazir Bhutto was gunned down Thursday, December 27, as she waved goodbye to a crowd of political supporters and well wishers in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Benazir Bhutto had just attended a campaign rally held in her honor.

Benazir Bhutto leaves her husband, Asif Ali Zardari, and their three children to mourn her death.

Griefcase extends deepest sympathies--We have lost a great leader and advocate of peace--And mourning joy all the days of our lives.

Mourning Joy:

Q: What do frogs wear in summer?

A: Open-toad sandals.

Mourning Quote:

A hug. A kind word. A hand to hold. The greatest gifts of all. --off a Lands' End Christmas card.

After we remember Him, fingerhug your pen. Open what I lovingly refer to as a joy-nal, and write something.

Who will you hug today? Who *or is it whom? I never seem to get that one write, er, sorry, right* did you hug yesterday?

What words will you speak today? Will they be words filled with lovingkindness? Yesterday is gone. But, we have today.

Who's hand will you hold? How about yesterday? Last week? Last year?

Go ahead.

Write something.

I dare you.

Have a joy-filled day, Everyone. And remember, we're not alone.
