Mourning Joy - Paul Newman
"Why go out for hamburger, when you have steak at home."--Paul Newman when questioned about infidelity
Good Mourning Widows! Good Mourning Everyone.
Today we honor the memory of Paul Newman who died September 26, 2008 and welcome into the club nobody wants to join, his widow, Joanne Woodward.
Joanne and Paul were wed on February 2, 1958. Together they had three daughters--Eleanor "Nell" Teresa, Melissa "Lissy" Stewart and Claire "Clea" Olivia.
Joanne maintains a private life. For that reason Griefcase simply sends sincerest condolences and mourning joy to every member of Joanne's family.
"Experience is a good teacher, but she runs up big bills."--Minna Antrim
Q: Did you hear about the 90-year old man who streaked the two elderly ladies?
One said, "What on earth was that?"
And the other said...
"I don't know, but it needed ironing."
After we remember Him, open what I lovingly refer to as a joy-nal, fingerhug your pen and write something.
I dare you.
Have a joy-filled day, and just remember,
...We're not alone.
